The Office of the Town Clerk is there to assist and support the Office of the Mayor and Town Council. The clerk is the custodian of records and manages the financial account for the town.
Kay Ray was hired in 1999 as Water Clerk and to maintain the business licenses for the town.
Kay was first appointed Town Clerk in 2002.
